 Michael Charlton, Chairman, has been living in Monaco for more than 40 years and reached prominence as owner of numerous winning race horses, landing him in well connected international circles of wealth. Until 2005 he was also a Director (together with George Soros a.o.) of 100-year-old Singer & Friedlander, one of the UK's last remaining independent merchant banks. As Chartered Accountant since 1975, he advises clients and also acts as Trustee. |

 Peter Panholzer started in 2018 to interact with rare metals market participants introduced to him by a team of trusted intermediaries and is taking charge of time-extensive documentary processes in assisting the various counter-parties in order to achieve their commercial and transactional goals. He arranges the issuing of documents such as Ready-Willing-and-Able Letters ("RWA"), Letters of Intent ("LOI"), Full Corporate Offers ("FCO"), Proof of Funds ("POF"), Sale and Puchase Contracts ("SPA") as well as Fee Agreementsfor DynexCorp and its Intermediaries. |
